Other terms used to describe equity crowdfunding are investment crowdfunding, securities-based crowdfunding, raising equity online or distributing securities over the internet.
Any adult permanent resident person or corporate entity whose primary residence or corporate headquarters is located in any of the participating provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, New Brunswick, or Nova Scotia.
